Job summary

Great Clips in Riverview, Michigan is seeking a Salon Manager who can lead a busy, service-driven team. You’ll supervise daily salon operations, coach stylists, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while delivering great haircuts.

You’ll split time between leadership duties and hands-on service as needed, with guaranteed wage, productivity incentives on services and retail, and access to major medical, dental, optical, 401K, vacation and sick time.

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber license (state variations apply).
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development ability.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort with salon technology and performance metrics.

Responsibilities
