Job summary

NSF is seeking a hands-on Salesforce architect to own the architecture, build, and delivery of a tightly connected Lead-to-Invoice pipeline spanning Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Field Service, and Billing.

The ideal candidate will combine deep platform expertise with strong data modeling and integration skills to connect Salesforce to ERP and payment gateways, enabling seamless workflows across the organization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce builder with deep platform expertise.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP and external systems ( payment gateways ).
• Strong data modeling instincts and schema design experience.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, build, and delivery of a connected Lead-to-Invoice pipeline across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Field Service/PM, and Billing.
• Lead integration efforts between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure cloud solutions.

We are building a best-in-class Lead-to-Invoice platform entirely within Salesforce, enabling our teams to see the work, do the work, and invoice the work — all from a single system of record. This developer will own the architecture, build, and delivery of a seamlessly connected pipeline spanning Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud (formerly CPQ), Field Service / Project Management, and Billing, surfaced through Experience Cloud portals and Lightning Web Components.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Salesforce builder with deep platform expertise, strong data modeling instincts, and the integration chops to connect Salesforce with external systems — from ERP to payment gateways.
