Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to guide design, development, and implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

You will mentor teams, drive technical leadership, and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations. Strong architecture and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading Salesforce development teams.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications preferred.
• Salesforce Architecture, integrations, and customization proven expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce development activities, technical design, and implementation.
• Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
• Implement Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Design scalable data models, objects, fields, relationships, and validation rules.
• Develop business logic using Salesforce Flow and Process Automation.
• Implement security models using Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, and Sharing Rules.
• Lead deployments using Salesforce CLI, Copado, Gearset, and change sets.
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, QA, and PMs.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
