UKG is seeking a Salesforce Lead Developer to drive complex initiatives across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud. You will build modern Lightning Web Components, mentor teammates, and ensure scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions powering UKG’s go-to-market operations.
You will lead end-to-end development, collaborate with product owners and QA, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Gearset. Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is required.

You’ll join the Go-to-Market (GTM) Salesforce Engineering team, part of UKG’s Global Technology organization. This team is the backbone of our Sales, Service, and Revenue operations, delivering scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions that empower our customer-facing teams. The GTM Salesforce Engineering team partners closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Finance to build and maintain the Salesforce ecosystem that fuels UKG’s growth. It’s a collaborative, fast-moving environment where technology meets strategy, and innovation directly impacts business performance.

The pay range for this position is $129,500 to $186,100. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
