The Levi's Store in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Part-time Lead Sales Stylist to drive customer success and store performance. You will lead a team of Sales Stylists, ensure product knowledge, and deliver exceptional service using the 3C framework: Connect, Consult & Close.

Responsibilities include supporting merchandising, pricing, cycle counts, loss prevention, and maintaining visual standards while meeting daily sales goals. Strong flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends; flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Show a thorough understanding of Levi Strauss & Company's history.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
• Provide exceptional customer service using The 3C's of Success: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Meet or exceed store and individual sales and performance goals daily.
• Comply with Levi's Stores cash handling guidelines.
• Comply with store security, safety, and loss prevention programs.
• Assist stock associates with replenishment and security tagging of merchandise on the selling floor as needed.
• Assist in pricing of merchandise as needed.
• Assist in physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Assist in maintaining store appearance in accordance with Levi's Stores visual presentation standards and general housekeeping procedures.
