Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks according to store procedures.
• Receive, open, and unpack cartons.
• Stock merchandise and face items on shelves.
• Restock returned merchandise.
• Order zones and drops per Store Manager directions.
• Assist in plan-o-gram maintenance.
• Help customers locate merchandise.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Open/close store under Area Manager guidance.
• Authorize refunds and overrides in absence of managers.
• Monitor cash levels and cashier accountability.
• Keep register system accurate and updated.
