Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to support day-to-day operations, answer customer-facing inquiries, and assist Central Sales with loan growth and product protections. The role includes training staff and analyzing departmental performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of call center or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business and answer customer-facing questions.
• Assist Central Sales in driving loan growth, secured mix rate, and product protections.
• Provide supplemental training and support to Team Members.
• Perform analysis and performance tracking of departmental results.

As a OneMain Lead Sales Associate - APP, you will be involved in supporting the day-to-day business, answering customer facing Team Member questions, supporting our business with supplemental training and support needs, and assist Central Sales in driving out loan growth, secured mix rate, and optional product protections, and supporting the business.

In the Role

• Perform analysis and performance tracking of individual departmental results.
• Develop and/or deliver training for department staff.
• Maintain an understanding of departmental systems, personal computers, software applications and policies and procedures.
• Assist in the identification and implementation of departmental improvements.
• Perform quality audits and /or service observations.
• Communicates with management on operational process improvement opportunities and/or trends.
• Provide back-up support in absence of a supervisor.
• Maintains Appropriate Position Documentation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/ GED
• 2 years of call center or administrative experience.

Preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Creative research skills.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitive information.
• Proficient in basic MS office applications.
