The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Franklin, WI is seeking a dependable Lead Store Sales Associate to support store management with daily operations and customer service. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

You will help meet sales goals, maintain a positive shopping experience, and lead team members during shifts while safeguarding store assets and ensuring clean, organized presentation.
