This hourly position offers $11.63 to $12.63 per hour, with placement within the range depending on experience, location, and skill. You will engage customers, train peers, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Job description

As a Lead Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering the Tillys Experience to our Customers and supporting Store Management in the training and coaching of Sales Associates and execution of operational tasks.
