Tillys in Clearwater, FL at Countryside Mall is seeking a Lead Sales Associate. You will deliver the Tillys Experience to customers and support Store Management in training and coaching Sales Associates, and in daily operational tasks.

As a Lead Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering the Tillys Experience to our Customers and supporting Store Management in the training and coaching of Sales Associates and execution of operational tasks.
