Job summary

SpaceXAI seeks an experienced Safety Integrity Program Manager, Harmful Activity, to drive program standards for detection, automation, and enforcement quality at scale. You will translate policy constraints into practical workflows, own escalations, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Ops to close gaps and harden processes across the organization.

• 5+ years in content integrity, safety operations, abuse operations, or related program roles at scale.
• Experience owning priorities, measures, and operational health for content or risk domains.
• Ability to translate policy, legal, and technical constraints into practical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive priorities, measures, and system health for harmful activity, and continuously improve execution.
• Set requirements for detection and automation; align Product, Engineering, and Operations to improve coverage, precision, and enforcement quality.
• Translate policy and legal constraints into practical workflows, controls, and escalation paths.
• Identify gaps in the current framework and drive policy and process enhancements.
• Own escalations, quality assurance, and complex case patterns to harden standards and automation.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Policy, Legal, and Operations to move critical work forward.
• Build and maintain documentation and operating standards for consistent execution.
• Monitor regulatory developments and keep requirements accurate and actionable.
• Track performance, risk, and improvements with clear leadership recommendations.
