Support projects from concept through customer acceptance.
Serve as a technical leader in AMR and robotics technologies.
Communicate directly with customers, panel shops, and internal teams.
Track project cost, schedule, and milestones.
Lead customer training and mentor internal engineers.
Participate in limited on-call support (2–3 times/year).
