Job summary

• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure medications and treatments are properly executed and documented.
• Ensure continuity of care from admission through discharge.
• Visit residents daily to assess status and communicate changes to the charge nurse/physician.
• Identify emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, and charting.
