• Develops an individualized plan of care using the nursing process and monitors patient progress.
• Documents nursing care accurately and timely; uses computer systems effectively.
• Ensures safe patient care, including medication administration and discharge planning.
• Mentors, orients, and coaches staff; participates in team education and development.
