Job summary

Responsibilities include throughput optimization, care assessments, and maintaining supply and equipment control while promoting a patient-first philosophy and service excellence.

Qualifications

• BCLS certification required within 30 days of start date.
• RN with an Associate or Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care during the shift.
• Collaborates with management to improve patient outcomes.
• Schedules staff and manages labor in the unit.
• Oversees inventory and supplies management.
• Supports staff training and development.
