Job summary

Grider Support Services, LLC is seeking a Lead Registered Nurse for the Oncology Infusion / Cancer Care Clinic in Buffalo, NY. The role involves leading direct patient care, coordinating care plans, and supervising clinical staff on a first shift M-F schedule.

Qualifications include NY RN license, 3–5 years nursing experience (ambulatory care preferred), 1–2 years leadership, and BLS. Comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with a match, and EMR proficiency are offered.

Qualifications

Possession of a license and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
3-5 years of nursing experience, preferably in an ambulatory care setting.
1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience, strongly preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, required.

Responsibilities

Oversee and provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and follow ups.
Develop and monitor patient care plans in collaboration with providers and other healthcare professionals.
Oversee the clinical team, providing guidance and support.
Delegate tasks and ensure policy adherence.
Train and mentor new staff members and ensure ongoing pro.
Organize charts and ensure complete documentation prior to visits.
