Edward Elmhurst Health's Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview seeks a Lead RN for the Medical Group Neurology. The role oversees daily clinical operations and supports the Practice Manager and Administrative Director.

Responsibilities include onboarding new Medical Assistants, coordinating training with Learning and Development, maintaining licensing and CPR certification records, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required for the role.
• Current IL RN license is required.
• BLS-CPR certification from American Heart Association is required.
• Prior office or hospital nursing experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Onboard new MAs including classroom instruction and clinical oversight.
• Collaborate with Learning and Development, Infection Control, Pharmacy and Lab on training content.
• Instruct and oversee clinical competencies for MAs and validators.
• Maintain licensing and CPR certification records for MG staff.
• Travel between sites as required.
