• 1 year recent full-time nursing experience in a Critical Care, DOU, or SDU setting, or completion of KP Critical Care, DOU, or SDU program.
• Current California RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate a multidisciplinary care team with strong communication.
