Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting is necessary.
• Minimum 1 year administering IV/injections is necessary.
• Leadership or management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent nursing care and expert guidance to clients.
• Train and support RNs in clinical operations and protocols.
• Drive medical department revenue through sustainable strategies.
• Manage scheduling and staffing for medical coverage.
• Collaborate with GM to integrate medical services into operations.
