Job summary

AvaMed Workforce is hiring a Registered Nurse Unit Manager for a 13-week contract at Pine Point Center in Scarborough, ME. This role leads a 40-bed long-term care / skilled nursing unit, overseeing staff, operations, and patient care standards.

The assignment runs 11/09/2026 through 02/08/2027 with dayshift coverage 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Requirements include an active Maine RN license or compact license and current BLS. Background checks and facility health requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Active Maine RN license or multistate RN license is required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing with unit management or supervisory duties is preferred.
• Current BLS certification is required; background check and facility health requirements apply.
