Qualifications

• BLS Certification is required.

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience is required.
• Charge Nurse experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the Labor & Delivery nursing team during night shifts.
• Coordinate patient care and staffing assignments.
• Support clinical decision-making and patient safety initiatives.
• Assist with high-risk deliveries and emergent situations.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
