Job summary

Centurion Health in Plainfield, Indiana, seeks an experienced RN with leadership to join our team on the part-time day shift at Plainfield Correctional Facility. This role focuses on holistic nursing care for incarcerated patients under the DON and Nursing Supervisor.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs, ensuring safety and quality of care in a correctional setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required
• Leadership/Supervisory Experience
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or multi state compact license
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in CPR
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse (RN) (Medical) provides holistic nursing care within the scope of practice to incarcerated patients under the DON/Nursing Supervisor and collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological and social needs.
