Job summary

Aura Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Lung Rescue ICU to oversee complex critical care and ensure high-acuity patient outcomes.

You will coordinate care plans, provide bedside nursing, mentor staff, collaborate with intensivists and respiratory therapists, and lead education and quality initiatives to improve throughput and patient safety. Strong leadership and communication are essential; RN licensure and ICU experience required.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required and current license in good standing.
• Experience in critical or intensive care nursing, preferably respiratory/ICU.
• Leadership and collaboration skills to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex critical care for patients with severe respiratory conditions
