Responsibilities

• Perform duties and responsibilities of Registered Nurse and Charge Nurse as needed.
• Coordinate unit schedule based on productivity.
• Assist with department charge reconciliation and investigations.
• Monitor performance and quality improvement projects.
• Assist with payroll functions as needed.
