Job summary

Evergreen Health seeks a Lead Registered Nurse to oversee daily patient throughput and clinic flow in Buffalo, NY. The role requires an NYS RN license and a BSN or an approved plan to complete BSN within NYSED timelines.

Qualifications

• Current NYS RN license required.
• BCLS certification required.
• Minimum one year experience in a medical office setting; phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily patient throughput and clinic flow.
• Provide workflow guidance and supervise licensed practical nurses and medical assistants.
• Ensure adequate staffing and communicate operational status to Nurse Manager.
• Maintain supply readiness and ensure rooms are prepared between visits.
• Uphold training protocols for nursing staff within Primary & Specialty care.
