The role includes medication administration, wound care management, and overseeing day-to-day unit operations to support optimal resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Supervise and mentor a team of nurses to provide high-quality patient care.
• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and evaluations.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses to medications.
• Conduct wound assessments, develop wound care plans, and provide wound care management.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing units, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
