Qualifications

• Provide consultation and instruction regarding assessment, intervention, planning, and evaluation of cases.
• Contribute to staff performance evaluations and provide staff training.
• Maintain knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation for Discharge Planning and Utilization Review.
