Qualifications

• 5-10 years of maintenance management experience.
• Ability to multitask under pressure.
• Understanding of state and county codes related to the industry.
• Valid California driver license.
• Must be a team player, motivated and able to delegate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of Park and Dept. policies and procedures.
• Maintain training, certifications, maintenance and safety standards documentation.
• Develop and maintain area operating budget including daily operations and rehab projects.
• Supervise department employees, assign work, schedule, commend/dicipline as needed.
• Ensure rides are maintained to high levels of quality, reliability and safety.
• Serve as duty manager for the department as required.
