Job summary

Qualifications

• NMC registration with the NMC is mandatory.
• PVG Scheme membership is required.
• Strong digital literacy and experience with E-MAR systems.
• Excellent communication with residents, families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications using E-MAR and follow best practice.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and care notes in the digital system.
• Lead shifts and support care assistants in delivering safe care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate person-centred nursing care.
• Escalate concerns to clinicians as needed to ensure safety.
