Job summary

NEOTech is seeking an experienced RF Designer to lead the design, development, and validation of high-frequency circuits for various applications. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of RF/microwave design experience, strong skills in PCB materials, and customer interaction. Responsibilities include designing RF circuits, conducting simulations, and collaborating with teams for manufacturability. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in RF/microwave design required.
• Familiarity with high-frequency PCB materials and stack-up design is necessary.
• Hands-on experience with RF test equipment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF and microwave circuits including amplifiers, filters, mixers, oscillators, and antennas.
• Perform schematic capture, simulation, and layout of high-frequency PCBs.
• Develop RF test plans and perform lab validation using VNAs and spectrum analyzers.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure design for manufacturability.
