Job summary

McMillen, Inc. is seeking a skilled Revit Team Member to join our CAD/BIM group. You will lead Revit projects for water resource systems, coordinate with design engineers, and help deliver projects on time in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of Revit/ACC experience, water industry know-how, and strong communication skills. This role supports remote and on-site collaboration across multiple offices, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years designing with Revit, AutoCAD, and ACC in water resources.
• Experience on water resources projects such as fish hatcheries, hydro plants, or pump stations.
• Strong ability to lead Revit projects and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Revit projects and coordinate with project teams.
• Set up Revit projects with multiple models, files and team members.
• Manage Cloud projects and Revit content creation.
• Create and manage Views, Sheets, and Schedules per standards.
• Collaborate with Revit, Inventor, and Civil 3D in a master model.
