Job summary

Axis Energy Services, LLC. Odessa, TX is seeking a Reverse Unit Supervisor to oversee reverse unit and downhole tool services from assessment through job completion.

The role requires 2+ years in pump down or reverse unit operations, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to travel ~60% to field locations. 12-hour shifts on rotation are expected; CDL is a plus and safety focus is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Valid driver's license; Class A/B CDL a plus.
• Minimum two years of pump down or reverse unit ops in oilfield services.
• Advanced knowledge of downhole tools and pumping systems.
• Technical training in reverse unit operations and safety procedures.
• Proficient with MS Office for tickets and data.

Responsibilities

• Supervise reverse unit and downhole operations from assessment to completion.
• Analyze well conditions and determine corrective actions with judgment.
• Select tools and methods based on site conditions and specs.
• Provide technical direction on procedures, safety, and actions.
• Communicate plans, risks, and needs to customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain records and complete work tickets per requirements.
• Support business development for downhole services with sales.
