Job summary

Maverik in Utah is hiring a Lead Retail Team Member. This full-time role involves leading the floor, supporting store operations, and covering busy periods to keep the adventure going.

You will model Maverik's GET (Greet, Engage, and Thank) service, supervise teammates, manage inventory, cash handling, and shift reporting while ensuring every customer has a great experience. Candidates must be 21+, willing to work a flexible 24/7 schedule, and comply with local food handler requirements.

Lead Retail Team Member

Starting pay: $15.52 - $17.52/hr. with both career and growth opportunities!

Shift: This is a full-time opportunity. This position will be cross-trained between Food Service and Front-of-Store.

• Leadership & Team Support: Be a leader and team player as you help support team members, customers, and help on the floor.

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
