Maverik is hiring a Lead Retail Team Member in Utah to lead floor operations, support the team, and ensure a great customer experience. You will manage shifts, help with stock, cash handling, and daily reporting in a fast-paced, convenience-store environment.

The role offers full-time hours, cross-training between Food Service and Front-of-Store, competitive starting pay, and opportunities for growth within the company while delivering friendly, energetic service to every customer.

Responsibilities

• Model and reinforce Maverik’s GET (Greet, Engage, and Thank) customer service expectations, providing prompt, friendly, and professional service and helping Team Members consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Be a leader and team player as you help support team members, customers, and help on the floor.
• Keep customers coming back by keeping the store stocked, organized, and ready to go while managing inventory, handling cash, completing shift checkout, and staying on top of required reporting.

Lead Retail Team Member

Starting pay: $15.52 - $17.52/hr. with both career and growth opportunities!

Shift: This is a full-time opportunity. This position will be cross-trained between Food Service and Front-of-Store.

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
