Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform store tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports full operation of the business.
• Monitors and analyzes sales data, identifies trends, and enhances store performance and team development.
• Supports recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training as needed.
• Provides feedback and guides the team to achieve individual and business goals.
• Ensures compliance with Company policies and store procedures.
