Job summary

Magic Memories is seeking a Lead Retail Sales Photographer for the Grand Canyon Railway Polar Express attraction in Williams, AZ. This seasonal position offers a $17 per hour starting rate, with paid training and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will greet guests, provide memorable photos and souvenirs, and serve as lead manager in the absence of the Photography Manager, ensuring exceptional guest service and sales performance.

Qualifications

• 3 years: Retail or Customer Service
• High school diploma or GED; 1 year of people management experience and/or training
• Previous guest service experience preferred, but not required, within hospitality, food and beverage, or retail industries
• Must be 16 or older
• Must be authorized to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create Magic Memories by providing world-class service.
• Act as lead manager in the absence of the Assistant Retail Photography Manager.
• Provide floor supervision and administrative duties, ensuring the team stays focused on guest service and sales goals.
• Take photos and provide guests with a memorable experience and souvenirs to take back home and share.
• Learn how to capture, and create memories that make people SMILE!
• Work with a team to achieve sales goals.
