Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required and Pharmacist credential/licensure essential.
• Doctorate degree preferred and board certification desirable.
• Pharmacist licensed to practice in Kentucky.

Responsabilités

• Dispense, compound, label, store and ensure proper use of pharmaceutical preparations.
• Direct Pharmacy Technicians and advance Norton Healthcare goals.
• Provide pharmaceutical care to optimize therapeutic outcomes for patients.
• Lead medication use process across all ages and collaborate with care teams.
• Support and monitor performance improvement indicators and resource use.
