Rooms To Go is hiring a Retail Office Assistant Lead to support sales teams, customers, and store management in our store offices. The role includes processing payments, assisting with finance applications, answering delivery questions, customer care, phones, and other office duties.

Starting salary ranges from $13 to $15 per hour, with benefits like medical, dental, vision, and more available for associates who want them.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous and Patient with strong customer service orientation.
• Computer navigation skills, general computer knowledge, and MS Office understanding.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
• Open to applicants with or without a high school diploma/GED.
• A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more.
• A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
