Job summary

TJ Maxx at Manor, TX, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks a Key Carrier to lead store operations while maintaining exceptional customer service. You will alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles, including nights and weekends, and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

Responsibilities include coaching Associates, ensuring policy adherence, and maintaining store plans and service levels. A strong customer-focus and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• 6 months leadership experience required.
• Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures store team performs tasks per store plan and prioritizes as needed.
• Coaches Associates and provides feedback to improve performance.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive customer experience.
• Communicates priorities and progress to management and staff.
• Supports training needs with Management to increase effectiveness.
• Promotes safety and adherence to labor policies.
