Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, an active Respiratory Therapist license (RRT).
• NBRC certification to be obtained within 3 months of hire.
• Current BLS CPR or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Restore pulmonary function and administer prescribed respiratory therapy.
• Meet patient goals by evaluating tests and planning therapy with physicians.
• Direct treatments and supervise respiratory staff and aides.
• Document care and maintain confidentiality and infection control.
