Job summary

Titan Plumbing and Electric in Tampa, FL is seeking a Lead Residential Plumbing Technician to diagnose, repair, and prevent piping issues in homes and small businesses. You will lead field work, mentor junior techs, and ensure safety and quality on every call.

Hours are Monday–Friday 7:30 am–4:00 pm with on-call times including one Saturday per month. Compensation ranges from $34–$42 per hour, plus overtime, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits such as health and dental insurance, paid vacation,

Qualifications

• 7-5 years relevant experience as a residential service plumber.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Customer service skills.
• New & remodeling construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Go into clients' homes and businesses to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair piping systems.
• Complete assigned preventative maintenance and ensure safety on every call.

Titan Plumbing and Electric of Tampa, FL is looking to hire a Lead Residential Plumbing Technician to go into our clients' homes and businesses to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their piping systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance. Working Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm with one night per week later than 4 pm as well as 1 Saturday per month on-call, our Residential Plumbing Technicians earn $34-$42/hour, depending on skill, experience, and work ethic. Our plumbers are also eligible for generous benefits including
