Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential plumbing service experience preferred.
• Experience independently managing a service truck.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain repair and replacement options to homeowners.
• Applicable state or local plumbing license preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, service, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance and plumbing inspections.
• Repair and replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, disposals, and other components.
• Diagnose leaks, drain issues, water lines, sewer lines, and gas piping as applicable.
• Educate customers on repair, replacement, and preventative maintenance options.
• Identify opportunities for system upgrades and replacements when appropriate.
• Document work performed and communicate with customers, dispatch, and team members.
