Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential painting experience
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Detail-oriented and conscientious
• Proficient in surface preparation
• Team player focused on customer satisfaction
• Strong communication skills
• Good planning and organization
• Dexterity and balance for scaffolding and lifting 50+ lbs
• Reliable transportation and legal work status in the U.S.
• Knowledge of painting materials and mixing
• Aptitude with painting tools
• High school diploma or apprenticeship completed

Responsibilities

• Prepare sites: scaffolding, cover fixtures
• Prepare surfaces by scraping and sanding
