Hauser Heating & Air Conditioning, part of ARS, is hiring HVAC Lead Installers for Cincinnati and surrounding areas. This full-time, year-round role offers strong earning potential and steady work.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of residential HVAC installation experience, EPA certification, and the ability to lead installs with a helper. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass background/drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Experience installing furnaces, heat pumps, and AC units.
• Ability to lead installations with an installer helper.
• EPA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Remove and replace residential HVAC systems following codes and specs.
• Lead installation projects with support from an installer helper.
• Start up, test, and troubleshoot new installations.
• Maintain safety, quality, and clean work sites.
