Qualifications

• 3-4 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools.
• Must pass motor vehicle, background check and drug screen.
• Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders and perform HVAC installations with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are properly equipped for each installation job.
• Document work accurately and provide guidance to apprentices.
• Stay updated with HVAC codes and standards and uphold professional conduct.
• Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency.
