Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA 10-hour Certificate and/or EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead installations of residential HVAC equipment (furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini-splits, AC units).
• Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and address HVAC concerns.
• Ensure installed equipment is clean and safe upon departure.
• Work with other installers and apprentices on job sites, providing direction as needed.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
