Qualifications

• At least 1 year of residential electrical service and/or sales experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to run residential service calls independently.
• Comfortable communicating with homeowners and presenting estimates/options.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run residential service, troubleshooting, and estimate calls.
• Diagnose electrical issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Perform repairs, installations, replacements, and upgrades.
• Lead jobs from start to finish and work alongside apprentices/helpers.
• Plan for materials, specialty parts, permits, and job requirements.
• Ensure work meets current electrical code, safety, and company standards.
