HELP is seeking an experienced Residential Electrician to join our growing home services team in Cincinnati. This hands-on role leads residential electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs, and integrates electrical systems with HVAC and plumbing equipment.

We value safety, quality, and customer-focused service. The candidate will supervise projects, read blueprints, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with HVAC/plumbing teams to ensure codes and standards are met.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years of residential electrical experience.
• Familiarity with HVAC electrical systems and residential mechanical equipment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform residential electrical installations, upgrades, panel changes, and service repairs.
• Wire and connect HVAC units, furnaces, air handlers, water heaters, and other residential equipment.
• Oversee installation projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code.
• Coordinate with HVAC and plumbing teams to support cross-trade installations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure installations meet company quality and safety standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding work performed and system operation.
• Complete required permits, documentation, and service records.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area, including vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Provide hands-on guidance and technical support to other technicians.
