Job summary

A leading electrical services company in Conroe, Texas is seeking an Electrical Leadman to lead a crew in installing electrical systems for new single-family homes. This hands-on role requires a Texas Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician license, along with at least 4 years of residential electrical installation experience and 1 year of leadership experience. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations, mentor team members and maintain high standards of work quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of residential electrical installation experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership or crew lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and residential wiring practices.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in residential electrical installation.
