Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in residential design or production homebuilding.
• Current architectural license and/or NCARB Certificate.
• Experience in design development and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate design projects for new product series.
• Complete market studies and develop designs and renderings.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and guidelines.
